KADM Properties LLC collects the following information through the Reef Vitals Service: email address and account information • photos you upload for analysis • water parameter readings and test results • tank profiles and configurations • usage analytics and app interactions.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to provide analysis and recommendations, track trends and detect potential issues in your reef, improve our AI models (using anonymized data only), send notifications about tank health alerts, and provide customer support.

Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. Your photos and tank data are stored securely and are never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

API Keys & Backend Security

API keys for third-party services are stored securely in our backend and are never exposed to the client or accessible by end users. All processing happens server-side with rate limiting to prevent abuse.

Rate Limiting & Fair Use

Free Plan: 3 scans per 30-day period
Premium Plan: Unlimited scans (up to 200 per day)

"Unlimited" refers to no monthly cap, but is subject to a daily fair use limit of 200 scans to ensure optimal performance for all users.

Your Rights

You have the right to access your data at any time, request deletion of your account and all associated data, export your data in a portable format, opt out of analytics tracking, and update or correct your information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@reefvitals.com.

Third-Party Services

Reef Vitals uses third-party services for image analysis and processing. These services may temporarily process your images but do not store them long-term. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

Children's Privacy

Reef Vitals is not intended for users under 13 years of age. KADM Properties LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

Changes to This Policy

KADM Properties LLC may update this privacy policy from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
