By downloading, installing, or using the Reef Vitals application or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Use License

KADM Properties LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Reef Vitals Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials; use them for commercial purposes; attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software; remove any copyright notations; transfer the license to another person; or use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair it.

4. Disclaimer

The Reef Vitals Service is provided by KADM Properties LLC on an "as is" and "as available" basis. KADM Properties LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

5. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KADM Properties LLC, its members, managers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

6. Accuracy of Materials

Information provided through the Reef Vitals Service is for educational and informational purposes only. KADM Properties LLC does not warrant that any analysis, identification, or recommendation is accurate, complete, or current. Users should not rely solely on the Service for decisions affecting the health of aquatic life.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. KADM Properties LLC has not reviewed all linked sites and is not responsible for their content. Use of any linked website is at your own risk.

8. Modifications

KADM Properties LLC may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Service after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas for resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.

10. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify KADM Properties LLC immediately at support@reefvitals.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

11. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant KADM Properties LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; to harass or cause distress to others; to upload malicious code or viruses; to attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

13. Subscription Terms

Reef Vitals offers the following plans:

Free Plan: $0 — includes 5 scans per month across all Quick Capture features (Water Test, Fish ID, Coral ID, Algae ID, Invertebrate ID, and Pest ID).

Monthly Plan: $9.99 per month — unlimited scans, subject to a daily fair use limit of 200 scans per day.

Annual Plan: $69.99 per year (approximately $5.83/month, advertised as saving ~20% versus monthly) — unlimited scans, subject to a daily fair use limit of 200 scans per day.

Premium subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. You may cancel at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. KADM Properties LLC does not issue refunds for partial subscription periods except where required by applicable law. Pricing is subject to change with advance notice to subscribers.

14. Aquatic Care Disclaimer

Reef Vitals provides AI-assisted analysis for aquarium management purposes only. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice from a veterinarian, marine biologist, or qualified reef keeping expert. KADM Properties LLC is not responsible for any harm to aquatic life resulting from reliance on information provided through the Service.
